The 2025 International Roundup (IRU) tradeshow will be held in Rapid City, SD, from May 6 to 9, 2025. With a legacy spanning over 30 years, IRU has become a premier event for the tourism industry, focused on promoting international tourism to the Great American West region (Wyoming, South Dakota, North Dakota and Idaho). Following a fantastic IRU event in Casper in 2024, we’re eager to feature as many Wyoming tourism businesses, attractions and cities as possible at IRU 2025.
For those new to IRU, it’s the top international tradeshow where partners can connect with every attending tour operator across all Great American West markets where Wyoming has a presence. Additionally, the registration rate for this event is significantly lower than any other show of this caliber.
Online registration opened on October 1 for sponsorships, exhibitors and attendees. Limited spots are still available, so if you’re interested, register soon. Take advantage of early bird pricing until November 8: $620 for the first attendee, $295 for an additional attendee from the same company. After November 8, regular rates apply: $685 for the first attendee and $325 for an additional attendee.
